Mark Rolton Launches Massland’s ‘Walk for Want to Everest’
I’m determined to make a difference…and you can too
It’s a fantastic feeling to be in a position to make a difference to the lives of people in need. Property investing has given me the opportunity to support numerous charitable endeavours over the years and I’m grateful to be in a position to help others.
I’m about to embark on a personal challenge…taking on Mt Everest next month. I’ve been putting in the hard yards in training to make sure my buddies and I make it to base camp. It occurred to me that this was the perfect opportunity to link this challenge to raising money for a cause that is dear to my heart.
At Massland, it’s not just about our gain…we’re committed to having an impact for the collective good. We’ve supported Project Futures over many years in their quest to stop global human trafficking and just recently contributed to the construction of a rehabilitation centre in Siem Riep. The Project Futures vision is to break the cycle of vulnerability and help women and girls recover from these unthinkable crimes to reach economic empowerment in Cambodia and Australia.
I’ve set up a campaign – ‘Walk for Want to Everest’ to raise money for these victims in partnership with Project Futures. It’s a fantastic cause and if you’re in a position to be able to help, I’d be really grateful. The ‘Walk for Want to Everest’ website is ready to receive donations…and I’m committed to doubling every single dollar that is donated in order to help women and girls who have been victims of sex trafficking and exploitation in Cambodia. Here’s a little more on this;
There you have it, I’m going to double any donation…and I’m happy to put my hand as deep into my pocket as I need to match what comes in the door. CLICK HERE TO DONATE
Every single dollar will be matched…let’s make a real difference together to the lives of victims of human trafficking.
